We chose the name “Compass Solutions” because we view mental health symptoms as compass points—guiding us toward the root causes that need to be resolved. Whether you are ready to take small, steady steps or are prepared to make a significant leap toward change, we are here to support your unique path to healing.
Advanced EMDR Protocols
As an EMDRIA-approved provider of Basic EMDR Training, we are committed to advancing the standard of trauma care. We have developed four proprietary, advanced protocols to address specific needs:
- IF-EMDR (Intensive-Focused): Designed for situations that require more support than traditional hour-long sessions.
- SF-EMDR (Solutions-Focused): Specifically for individuals feeling trapped in cycles of hopelessness.
- DP-EMDR (Dependency-Focused): Tailored to address chemical and behavioral dependency patterns.
- PF-EMDR (Parts-Focused): A specialized approach for navigating complex and compound trauma.

Services
Therapy
Individual, couples, & premarital solution focused and trauma informed therapy.
Evaluations
Autism 2-adult, ADHD 4-adult, Adoption, and DUI/SUD evaluations for court.
Intensive Therapy
2 hour sessions each of which the equivalent of several months of therapy.
Continuing Education
EMDR Basic and Advanced, Providing ASD Evaluations, Tramatology.
Consultation
Licensed in ID, OR, and VT, and an EMDRIA approved consultant.
Mediation
Mediation provided for custody, divorce, employment, and HOA.
